*I know this is a little OT, but this seems to be the only active forum where I could seek advice
I am currently in my final year at NYU Law (Top 5 Law School) and
ranking in the top 20% of my class. The more I progressed through law
school the less I actually wanted to practice law, but that's another
story. Could anyone give me some insightful information on my chances
for getting an analyst position at a large investment bank? My
undergrad degree is in the liberal arts field, but would a degree from
NYU Law graduating near the top of your class be sufficient for
demonstrating you can handle the intellectual challenges of i-banking?
