All of these problems on Wall Street could be corrected without $700B!

 What the financial markets need are completely new levels of transparency, where all data is tracked automatically with a "Google-Powered Sarbanes Oxley". 

 The problem exists because OTC Derivatives (CDO's, Swaps & similar instruments) aren't completely transparent, and investors are no longer willing to risk billions without knowing the underlying facts of each derivative product.

 If we increased the transparency in the market than it would be the pension funds in Russia, Saudi Royal Families and the Chinese government who purchase these "products", not the U.S. government.
