Wall Street regulations need to change big time. I think one place especially in need of change is the derivatives market, which includes Credit Default Swaps & other products that Bernanke is calling "illiquid". To call them illiquid is completely absurd. The reason why nobody is buying these products anymore is because nobody knows how to value them, and there isn't 100% transparency.
